Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equal by experience
Minimum 5 year of relevant experience in the role as a QA lead
Lead the test team, and the developers for the bugfixes
Be responsible for creating, implementing and managing a QA program
Standardize QA practices
Set-up security and automated testing program
Provide ideas for product implementation modifications and improvements
Manage test case development and execution
Supervise the performance of all types (manual and automated) of testing and validations
Project benchmarking and advise on work process improvements and efficiency
Standardize and elaborate on development processes and approach
Team up with product management, business and other stakeholders
