ROLE&RESPONSIBILITIES

The (senior) CRM Technical Consultant is responsible for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and CX² (internal add-on) in accordance with the requirements of the client. The Technical Consultant is triggered to take up the following activities:

1) Analysis of the client's requirements and fit-gap analysis with the product;
2) Planning and timing;
3) Implementation according to planning and agreements with customers.

The (senior) Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant reports to the Project Manager. The most important KPI is the customer satisfaction. Our customer expects the consultant to have a strong and broad interest in CRM and the related Microsoft domains (.NET, SQL Server, SharePoint, BI, ...).

Our customer provides a roadmap for knowledge gathering through training and self-study. Knowledge and innovation are two of their core values.

They predominantly work on projects ot their offices in Antwerp or at their client's premises. Their action radius is international (greater Europe). Our customer expects from their employees to be flexible with travel and culture adjustment.

REQUIREMENTS

The (senior) Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant has the necessary technical background to implement the system and also the ability to think customer-, solution- and result-oriented.

The ideal candidate is tri-lingual (Dutch, English and French) as he/she needs to communicate directly with the client and end-user. Seamless cooperation with other colleagues is a must as budgets are tight and planning is strict.

He/She has a very good knowledge of Visual Studio (.NET and Web Services), Microsoft SQL Server (database, Reporting Services) and Azure oriented development.
