From offices in Italy, Belgium, the UK and South Africa roughly 600 employees
support more than 100,000 investment professionals in 15 countries, who manage more than
one trillion euros in wealth.

They are now looking for a technical architect to strengthen their office in Mechelen.

Your role includes:


-Assist our project implementation teams on technical software configuration and data
integration between our in-house build applications and other banking applications.

-Analyse and document customer technical needs and being able to map customer business
requirements into technical requirements.

-Producing technical requirement documents detailing additional requirement specifications.

-Laisse with our development group on customer related implementation issues and
changes.

 -Participate in customer status meetings.

-Setup and configure our application integration with our clients infrastructure and systems.

 -Validate and test customer specific enhancements to our software product.

 Must haves :

Degree in IT or equivalent based on experience.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch/French

Knowledge and experience with:

 *MS based platforms: MS Windows 2012R2, MS Windows Server 2016.

* SQL queries and stored procedures (transact-sql or equivalent).

* MS SQL Server 2012 and MS SQL Server 2016 setups and configuration.

*MS SQL Server 2016 Always-On and Availability Groups.

* Message queuing related middleware (MS MQ, IBM MQ).

Good and proper understanding of:

* Various networking concepts (tcp/ip, dns, load balancing, etc.).

* Business continuity and disaster recovery requirements and how to map

these to underlying infrastructure and network setup.

* Security (authentication) concepts (MS AD and others).

* Authorization and role based entitlements.

Nice to haves:

 Knowledge and/or understanding of:

*Financial and banking applications.

*Authentication platforms (MS AD FS, MS Azure AD, SAML, etc).

*MS CRM 2016.

*Reverse proxies (MS WAP, HAProxy, others).

Understanding of Order/Trade routing platforms and routing engines
based on FIX protocol or FIXML messaging.

Unix based system (Ubuntu 16, etc.).

Middleware based products (RabbitMQ and others).

 At least 5 years’ experience in similar role.

Team player, flexible, hands-on mentality is key.
